# Eidovara brand use (short, safe)

This is a **usage note** for Tyler Michael Bosworth and anyone given written permission. It is not a license to the public, not a registration, and not legal advice.

Eidovara is a trademark of Tyler Michael Bosworth (unregistered). Soul (feature name) and Soul Consciousness Studios (intended publisher name) are likewise unregistered marks of Tyler Michael Bosworth. See [TRADEMARKS.md](../TRADEMARKS.md).

## Name

- Product: **Eidovara**
- Feature: **Soul** (local software self-model; not a person; not Marvel's J.A.R.V.I.S.)
- Publisher name: **Soul Consciousness Studios** (intended; not automatically a company)
- Do not style the product as Jarvis, Iron Man, Siri, Cortana, Alexa, ChatGPT, or an Apple/Microsoft/Electron house brand.

## Marks and symbols

- Unregistered claim: ™ is optional in running text; if used, it means unregistered.
- Never use ® unless a registration covering that mark and those goods/services has issued.
- Never invent a USPTO number.

## Fonts and look

- Use the **system font stack** already in the website and desktop CSS (`system-ui`, Segoe UI, and similar fallbacks).
- **Do not** bundle, require, or name **SF Pro**, San Francisco, New York, or other Apple-licensed fonts.
- Do not describe the UI as an iOS, iPhone, or iPad app. Eidovara is Windows-first desktop software.
- Do not copy another product's trade dress, icon grid, or marketing screenshots.

## Logos

- Use only approved first-party emblems in [COPYRIGHT_ASSET_REGISTER.md](COPYRIGHT_ASSET_REGISTER.md).
- Do not ship or imply ownership of third-party logos: Windows, GitHub, Electron, Cloudflare, Wikipedia, Spotify, YouTube, Apple, Marvel, or others.
- Nominative text ("runs on Windows", "source on GitHub") is allowed; their logos are not.

## Voice and claims

- 18+ only. Source-available, not OSI open source.
- Soul is software assistance, not consciousness, therapy, or professional advice.
- Assist (website/Worker helper) is not Soul.
- No live payments in the current release; no Authenticode claim; no patent-pending claim.
