This is a project record, **not legal advice**. It does not create extra rights beyond applicable law, GitHub’s terms, and LICENSE.

## Reporting suspected infringement of Eidovara first-party material

If you believe someone is copying first-party Eidovara source, marks, or brand assets in a way that violates LICENSE or trademark law, open a GitHub issue with the **Intellectual property notice** template or email the repository owner through GitHub. Include:

- the URL or product name of the copy
- which first-party files or marks you believe are involved
- your relationship to the project (owner, licensee, or unaffiliated reporter)

Do not attach exploits, credentials, private keys, or personal data.

Official DMCA takedown notices aimed at GitHub-hosted content must follow [GitHub’s DMCA process](https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/content-removal-policies/dmca-takedown-policy). A GitHub issue is not a substitute for that process. This project has **not** designated a registered DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office; do not invent an agent number. Use GitHub’s published process for GitHub-hosted content.

## Third-party claims against this repository

If you are a rights holder and believe this repository infringes **your** copyright, send a complete DMCA notice through GitHub’s published process. Do not paste malware, credentials, or non-public personal information into a public issue.

Nominative references to Windows, Electron, Chromium, GitHub, Cloudflare, Wikipedia/Wikimedia, Spotify, YouTube, and similar names describe compatibility or optional user-directed links. They are not a claim that Eidovara owns those marks or ships those products.

## What this project will not do here

- Host executed settlements, government certificates, or private correspondence
- Claim ®, a USPTO serial, a Copyright Office registration number, or “patent pending” unless those become true
- Accept inbound copyrightable patches in lieu of a privately executed assignment ([CONTRIBUTOR_ASSIGNMENT.md](CONTRIBUTOR_ASSIGNMENT.md) is an unsigned template)
