Windows 10/11 x64 — v2.1.4 Stable Alpha — 18+

Your local-first Windows workspace

Eidovara is a customizable Windows desktop workspace for applications, gaming, media, research, accessibility, and optional personal assistance. The workspace lives on your machine. Soul is an optional assistant layer — software, not consciousness.

Local Windows workspace

Apps, gaming tools, backups, settings, linked applications, and trusted launch controls stay on your PC. Local-first storage with optional cloud sync for backups only.

Media and playback

Play user-selected media, discover properly sourced public audio/video with DJ-style discovery, manage queues and favorites, and perform official HTTPS media handoff/search on explicit request.

Internet research

Explicit public web lookup after you ask: cited Wikipedia/Wikimedia, optional Internet Archive catalog hits, optional keyed search where configured, and bounded HTTPS pages you open. 18+ filtering applies.

Optional Soul layer

Configure tone, memory, continuity, voice, presence, and initiative — or use the workspace without a remote model. Soul is software, not a consciousness claim. Triple-gate: age + enablement + consent.

Persistent continuity

Memory, relationship-aware adaptation, configurable personality, voice/presence recovery, backups, and provider context persist across sessions. Local-first by default.

Custom themes and RGB

Custom themes, in-app RGB visual effects (Eidovara window glow only — no hardware RGB control), and a hideable companion. Personalization without third-party dependencies.

Gaming mode

Low-overhead gaming mode optimized for gaming sessions (Eidovara visuals only). Stream helper checklists available for content creators.

Encrypted backups

Encrypted settings and backups when Windows protection is available. GitHub Releases update checks with checksum verification. Backups persist across sessions.

Voice and accessibility

Windows voice output, dictation support, language preference foundation for English, Spanish, French, and German with English fallback. Accessibility-first design.

Linked applications

Trusted application discovery, shortcuts, and user-confirmed Windows launching without process injection. Up to three linked apps on Free.

Current release

Eidovara v2.1.4 is the current stable Alpha release. It is a source-available, 18+ restricted Windows desktop workspace. Distribution is temporarily unavailable. Authenticode-unsigned; GitHub/Sigstore provenance records the build origin.
